CENTER AT LINCOLN LLC is Hiring a Human Resources Manager Near Parker, CO

Purpose of Your Job Position

The primary purpose of your job position is to coordinate all administrative activities related to the Center’s personnel to include, but not limited to, recruitment and retention strategies, onboarding, payroll, worker’s compensation and providing guidance in regards to employee relations.

Job Functions

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Process bi-weekly payroll, to include daily corrections and data entry of bonuses, PTO, missed punches, taxes, banking information, etc.
  • Provide full cycle recruitment, onboarding, data entry into HRMS and payroll systems Utilize and update the ATS system
  • Maintain accurate and complete employee personnel and medical files in accordance with State, Federal and Company requirements
  • Maintain documentation, filing and postings required for OSHA and EEOC and all other regulating agency requirements
  • Administer Center’s Work Comp program through education, reporting, communication, managing light duty and following up with our designated medical providers Verify active and unencumbered licenses on a monthly bases for licensed staff Annually run OIG reports on all staff
  • Ensure that all State and Federal required posting are up to date and accessible to all personnel
  • Provide weekly staffing reports to VP of HR
  • Run monthly reports and disseminate the necessary information to Managers and employees for the upcoming expiration of required licenses, CPR/BLS, Relias training, annual TB questionnaires and/or tests, and all other requested reports
  • Govern the Center’s employee engagement initiates to include, but not limited to the Ambassador Program, Star of the Center Program and Attendance Reward Drawing Provide guidance to Management regarding hiring, employee counseling/write-ups and terminations
  • Uphold relevant labor laws and company policies and procedures
  • Assist the Facilities Director with the Safety Program
  • Must be on MOD rotation

Personnel Functions

  • Maintain an excellent working relationship with employees and cross functionally Report occupational exposures of blood, body fluids, infectious materials, and hazardous chemicals in accordance with the facility’s policies and procedures governing accidents and incidents
  • Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment throughout the facility
  • Staff Development
  • Attend and participate in continuing educational programs and in-services designed to keep you abreast of changes in your profession and Company policies and updates Attend meetings and in-services as required
  • Complete assigned Relias training timely

Safety and Sanitation

  • Report all unsafe/hazardous conditions, defective equipment, etc., to your supervisor immediately
  • Equipment and Supply Functions
  • Ensure supplies have been replenished in work areas as necessary
  • Ensure equipment is in working order
  • Resident Rights
  • Maintain the confidentiality of all employee and patient information
  • Know and practice the Center’s policy on patient/residents rights

Miscellaneous

  • Flexibility with schedule to cover the needs of the department – this position may require evening and weekend availability
  • This position is not a remote position – onsite presence is required during all working hours

Educational Requirements

  • Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma
  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources / Business or related experience may apply
  • PHR or SHRM CP preferred

  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
  • Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
  • Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, visitors, and the general public
  • Must be calm and level-headed in emergencies
  • Must be well groomed, follow the dress code policy and possess ability to work harmoniously with other personnel
  • Must be comfortable having difficult conversations with personnel and be able to defuse escalated situations
  • Must be able to maintain confidential information
  • Must possess the ability to minimize waste of supplies, misuse of equipment, et
  • Must possess the ability to seek out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing practices
  • Be able to follow written and oral instructions
  • Must have working knowledge of computers and offices equipment
  • Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as must be willing to handle personnel, residents, staff, and visitors, based on whatever maturity level at which they are currently functioning
  • Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals in the workplace
